Our research team at the College of Life Sciences, Sichuan University, focuses on cutting-edge areas in big data analysis, aligning with national strategic demands. We engage in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of life sciences and computer science. We have proposed multiple theoretical approaches for molecular marker extraction and species origin and dispersion and have developed relevant tools. Our achievements have been applied in various fields such as the origin and transmission pathways of bacteria/viruses, the migration and dispersion of flora and fauna, and the impact of environmental climate on species.
