简洁的天气应用
需要menudrawer(一个github上的项目，在我的git下也传了一份http://git.oschina.net/892642257/menudrawer)
数据使用中国天气网的，但是手机访问直接总是出现异常所以中转了一下

开原协议 也不懂就选了个常见的GPL
本人新手，这是上传到git的第一个项目，
还有一些不完善的地方，请大家多多指点
